Role Overview
As an AI/ML Engineer at Hash Agile, you'll build the enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI systems that power real business outcomes — from intelligent agents to production-ready RAG pipelines. You'll work at the intersection of applied ML and systems engineering, shipping technology that actually reaches users.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Design
- •Design and develop enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI applications
- •Design AI-powered automation workflows and intelligent assistants
Architect Agentic Systems
- •Build advanced RAG pipelines using LLMs, Vector Databases, and semantic search
- •Develop Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- •Implement Agent-to-Agent orchestration and autonomous workflow execution systems
Data & Ops
- •Build scalable AI pipelines integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured enterprise data
- •Develop robust ETL/data pipelines supporting AI applications and analytics platforms
- •Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and DataOps best practices
- •Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to solve complex real-world problems
